Add a TBSP (ish — measure with your heart, aka to taste) to a can of chopped tomatoes, or a similar amount of chopped fresh tomatoes, and leave it in the fridge for 30 min or so. Instant salsa! You can also stir it into sour cream, or dust it on roasted vegetables, or chicken, when you want a little attitude. If the chips are talking, this is what they're asking for.
